TURTLES

Side necks (Family Chelidae)

Phrynops tuberculatus

The toad headed turtle is very hardy and we are breeding it in captivity with good success.

Babies grow very quickly and are good feeders

The big female breeder wouldn´t stay still for the picture

Babies will take several days to hatch after the first peek at the world

If you have any questions pertaining husbandry or breeding of the above species, I will be happy to help.
